Teresa Fernandes (BS, MBA and PhD from University of Porto) is an Assistant Professor at the School of Economics and Management, University of Porto, where she was the director of the MSc in Services Management and is a current member of the Scientific Committee of the MSc in Marketing Management. Her main research focus is on consumer services, digital marketing and social media engagement. Her research has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Marketing Management, among others.
