BRIEF BIO

Sarah Silva received her Bachelor’s in Management (2010) and Master’s in Management and Management Control (2019) from Federal University of Ceará (UFC), in Brazil. She began working as an Administrator at UFC in 2015. Nowadays, she is part of the Strategic Planning Office’s team that develops the university’s 5-year strategic plan, assists academic units in their tactical-operational plans, evaluates the institutional results, and develops the annual results report for the Federal Government. Before joining UFC, Sarah worked for large companies in Brazil, such as Três Corações Coffee Industry and a Coca-Cola manufacturer.
