BRIEF BIO

Ricardo Neves is attending the Doctoral programme in Business and Management Studies at School of Economics and Management, University of Porto (FEP), where he had the Master in Marketing (2022) after the Bachelor in Tourism (2010) at Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology (ISLA Gaia).

His research interests are related to Tourism Industry, Marketing Research and Consumer Behaviour and he holds a Studentship for Doctoral Research by the Portuguese national funding agency for science, technology, and innovation – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, I.P. (FCT).

He worked as Tourism Officer for the Municipality of Arouca (by Associação Geoparque Arouca) for 8.5 years (2011-2019) being responsible for planning tourism strategies, managing tourism projects and tourism services quality.
