BRIEF BIO
Rafael Silva is a researcher and professional with a strong academic background in Management and Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Porto Accounting and Business School and Cracow University of Economics, and a Master of Science in Management, with a focus on Management Control, from Católica Porto Business School. Currently pursuing a PhD in Business and Management Studies at FEP – School of Economics and Management, University of Porto. His research interests lie at the intersection of financial performance, management control, machine learning, and decision-making in the context of artificial intelligence. With experience as a financial performance analyst and controller, Rafael has developed expertise in financial analysis, data automation, and management reporting. His work contributes to enhancing business decision-making processes by integrating advanced analytics and technology.
