BRIEF BIO
Octávio Figueiredo is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto. He has published works in several national and international scientific books and journals, including the “Journal of Urban Economics”, the “Journal of Regional Science”, the “Journal of Economic Geography” and the “Review of Economics and Statistics”. These works have been cited in several international scientific journals, including in the “American Economic Review”, the “Journal of Political Economy” and the “Economic Journal”.
