BRIEF BIO
Liane Pinho Santos, graduated in physiotherapy. After years in clinical practice, I was challenged to share my technical knowledge with associated management tasks. Being aware of my limited knowledge, I specialised in Health Management and Administration. This led me to be responsible for the hotel’s SPA, where I initially started as physiotherapist. The discovery for the world of management and the continuous need for knowledge, led me to a PhD programme in Management, where I am currently finishing my thesis. The research for the thesis has focused on sustainability, business relationship, strategy, sustainable culture and communication as business strategy, being my main areas of interest.
