BRIEF BIO
Enzo Almeida, born in Salvador, Brazil, moved in 2018 to Portugal to pursue his academic studies. He started as an undergraduate student in Management at the University of Aveiro. Not satisfied with the quantitative aspect of his Bachelor’s degree, he decided to attend the Master’s degree in Economics at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP). During the master’s program, he had an exchange semester at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Currently, Enzo is attending the Ph.D. in Economics at FEP. His research interests include labour and population economics. On the professional side, Enzo’s most recent position before starting the Ph.D. was as an Intern and later as a Consultant at the International Labour Organization.
