Eduardo Oliveira holds a PhD in Management by the University of Porto and is the Economics and HRM Master Course Director at University of Porto. He teaches organizational behavior and HRM courses at the University of Porto – Faculty of Economics and Porto Business School. He has published in international journals like Personnel Review, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Career Development International and The Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary and Applied. He co-authored books like “Gestão por Objetivos: Guias para reflexão e ação”. He received the Highly Commended Award of the 2017 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards – category: Human Resources and the EURAM Doctoral Colloquium 2014 Best Paper Award – 1st place. He is currently Assistant Director of the LEAD.lab – center of knowledge in leadership housed at Católica Porto Business School and member of the Sloan Research Network on Aging and Work.
