BRIEF BIO
Bernardo P. Marques is a researcher at CEF.UP and teaching assistant at Católica Porto Business School. As part of his PhD programme (concluded March 2021), he is currently doing a traineeship at the European Central Bank. Bernardo’s work focuses on the study of banking business models and, more generally, in applications of multivariate data analysis techniques in the field of banking and finance. He is the co-author of a book on the Portuguese cooperative banking sector and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals, namely the European Journal of Finance and the Intelligent Systems in Accounting, Finance and Management.
