BRIEF BIO
Pedro Sousa is a Manager, Consultant and Researcher with a healthcare background and a strong passion for development and growth. Currently, he is the founder of Blue Clinic Consulting, a healthcare business consultancy firm. Growing people and organizations in healthcare is a significant drive for his motivation, and he now has the opportunity to pass on this passion to his students, as he is an invited teacher at several higher education institutions, such as Escola Superior de Saúde de Santa Maria, Escola Superior de Saúde do Vale do Ave, Escola Superior de Saúde do Tâmega e Sousa and Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco..
While working to expand others’ knowledge and growth, he is also eager to develop his own. For this reason, over the past years, he has invested extensively in his education and training. He has attended a MSc in Escola Superior de Saúde do Porto and completed an MBA at Porto Business School and now attending a PhD in Management at FEP with a thesis project on the topic of “Transformative Services Research Research in Healthcare: Measuring Patient Experience and its Impact on Well-being.
His career path has been marked by challenges and adaptation. He believes that this ability to face challenges, adapt, and grow is one of his strongest attributes.
