BRIEF BIO
Diogo Peres has been a data analyst at Banco de Portugal since 2017, where he has had the opportunity to work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, XSD, Stata and Python.
He holds a degree in Economics from UTAD and has completed 7 courses (42 ECTS) in the master’s program in Monetary and Financial Economics at ISEG.
He is interested in studying the framework — context, incentives and preferences — within which agents operate, aiming to generate knowledge that could lead to improved decision-making, particularly in the fields of monetary policy and economic growth.
