BRIEF BIO
Carlos Seixas holds a Phd in Economics from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP). He is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Portucalense and an Invited Assistant Professor at FEP and at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of University of Porto.
His research interests include Public and Political Economics, namely understanding how political actors make choices, either of policy or personal. Furthermore, he also focuses on perceptions by voters/citizens in different domains. Finally, he also studies the phenome of corruption in different dimensions.
Previously, he was a Lecturer at Católica Porto Business School and an Invited Assistant Professor at Universidade de Aveiro and at Universidade Católica de Moçambique. In years, he was an Invited Researcher at the University of Kassel.
