BRIEF BIO

Natalia Izelli Doré holds a PhD in Economics from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP) since 2022. Prior to the PhD, she completed a BSc in Civil Engineering (2010) and an MBA in Project Management (2011) at Brazilian universities.

Since 2023, she has been lecturing Macroeconomics and Economic Growth at FEP as an Invited Assistant Professor.

She was awarded by the Fórum de Integração Brasil Europa (FIBE) for having one of the best doctoral thesis. Her doctoral work resulted in four articles published in indexed journals and one book published by Almedina.

She is currently a member of the research group “Industrialization and Deindustrialization in Brazil” at the State University of Maringá, Brazil.

 

 

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Economic Growth and Development, Time Series Econometrics, Economic History, Structural Change, Emerging Economies, and Bibliometrics.
