BRIEF BIO
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto and lecturer of executive programs at Porto Business School. Director of the Master in Economics and Human Resource Management and member of the Scientific Council of the Master in Service Management at FEP between 2010-2019. At Porto Business School she developed two Executive Graduation Programs, People Management and Non Profit Organizations Management, and currently she is the Coordinator of the People Management Program. She has a PhD in Business Sciences (Human Resources Management) at the Catholic University of Portugal. Master in Management and MBA from ISEE-UP. Degree in Psychology from the University of Porto. She was a consultant in recruitment, selection and training (leadership, communication, team building) and Professor at Catholic University of Portugal. She is an associate editor of the Review of Business Management, indexed in WoS, a reviewer in several specialized journals, member of the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology (EAWOP) and the Iberoamerican Academy of Management (IAM). She has participated in numerous scientific meetings and published in several scientific journals, such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, The Service Industries Journal, Voluntas, among others.
