BRIEF BIO
Isabel Mota was born in Porto, on 7th May, 1969. Married and with three children, she still lives in Porto. She is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto (Portugal) and a full researcher at the Center for Economics and Finance at UP (CEF.UP). Her academic background includes a Master and a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Porto. She has publications in national and international journals, such as the Papers in Regional Science and Computational Economics, among others Her current research interests include development economics, regional economics, and game theory.
