Her professional experience spans the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, and corporate training. Presently, she serves as Human Resources Director at Expandindustria – IPBRICK, where she leads initiatives focused on talent development and legal compliance in the workplace. Her career reflects a strong commitment to bridging academic research with practical application in the areas of organizational development and people management.
